Keeping in mind the the day-to-day progresses, it is not really known, rather to put it in
correct terms, the development at the contracted organizational sites is not being updated
to the decision-takers in HO at Chennai. Keeping in mind the above situation, some information
regarding this is expecpected by the officials at HO by the end of the day from all the locations
at which our personnel have been outsourced. It is the responsibility of location Site In-Charge
who needs to submit the right information on daily basis at the end of the day. This would also

- Initiate suitable steps to improve the skills & knowledge of our personnel,
- Increase service value @ 5% pa.,
- Capturing more customers,
- Reviewing the quality management system, and
- Last but not the least, making the customer satified.
